It’s hard to describe him. He’s the spawn of an ectobiologist’s...fondest dream, I guess, family being a complicated deal with this canon. He’s a bit of a trickster, especially when armed with puppets or robots. Acts as a therapist to his canonmates...or maybe he’s the one who needs the help? Whatever. He’s also possibly going to attain godhead as the Prince of Heart in canon, but since it won’t happen here so I guess it doesn’t matter.

He’ll also probably enjoy unraveling the mysteries - both technological and gnostic - of The World. Since Aura isn’t here for the latter, I guess that means the...Anguished One for all things gnostalgic? (I love the fact there’s a Devil Survivor 2 crew, on that note. Heck, I love 9/10ths of the stuff here.)

As can be testified by other people...assuming they remember...I’ve been looking at various forms of Holy Relic for a long while. Back in the day I was all set to app in Ouka from .hack, actually, but I wasn’t enough of a gumshoe to track down scans of the manga. Ah, well, it happens. And hey, I’m finally in.

I’m looking forward to trolling and generally bringing terror to my canonmates and fondly tagging everyone else. And I'm probably going to leave it at that because crap, if I don't get moving soon I'll be late for work.

KKM is indeed a light novel series that was made into an anime! The light novels aren't available anywhere in english beyond a few bits fans have translated around the internet, however, so I'm playing from the anime version (and there's a fairly significant difference too, since from when I've heard, Sara has a twin brother in the novel version...).

And ahskfjhsajgfkas jealously, I want some Eva Unit models but I never find any at cons...

I actually kinda know the feeling. I had vague thoughts of playing a character from a certain game, learned about an anime, went to get screencaps, and her personality had basically done such a dramatic 180 I had problems finding enough suitable screenshots for 15 icons.

Don't be too jealous, it was some $3 piece of crap I got on sale at some store or another. Nothing too cool, really, hence the ballet poses. I always wanted to find two so I could do Swan Lake scenes and the like, though.

...in my scant defense I'd just watched Princess Tutu at the time so...yes.

But I'm still kinda surprised: given Rebuild and how perennial the franchise is in general I'd have expected there to be millions upon billions of Eva figures. I mean, hell, they make what could be best described as uguu Angel figures, right?

Fucking Tabris-chan is the most stereotypical blob of moe and doesn't actually resemble Kaworu at all beyond palette and having stolen his shirt. Let's start with the movies, because fuck yes giant robots. I only saw the first one so far. I'm curious to see how far off the rails (compared to the TV series) they end up going...heard about what happened in the second one.

And yeah. YEAH. I thought he might get a vaguely happy one in Neon Genesis Persona but...no, he got screwed in that one too. It's like one of the consistent factors in his existence.

Neon Genesis Evangelion Gakuen Datenroku. It's basically what you get if you mix Eva with Persona 3.

Lots of things exist, but few are finished and most never get beyond the first chapter or so. I found a Doctor Who/NGE crossover fic that was beautiful but dropped after one chapter and hadn't been touched since like 2007... ;A;

Technically we have a Dave, but Justin's busy being the caboose and I'm not sure when he'll get around to introing.

And yeah, I only knew Julya ahead of time, and the crew ended up being, player-wise, Julya, Jasmine, Justin, Ryuuto, and myself, Red. Thus any other members have to fit into this weird naming scheme we picked up, especially since the Alpha kids are all R-players, and the Beta kids all J-players.
