She's a conniving, alarmingly cheerful young lady with a sharp tongue and a habit of hiring creepy ninja bodyguards and breaking your plans into tiny pieces, who has been turned into a Macabre Dancer in the World, so now she can debuff you physically as well as mentally.

Her speciality is information-gathering and backseat assassinating, but she seems pretty harmless if you talk to her. HAVE FUN.
