It's a new day in The World, and a special quest is abound. But wait, the players cry! The game isn't open yet! Shush you, the GMs warned. This is only a test drive meme. The game is simple. You've woken up in a lush field of grass, soft to the touch and a little damp with dew. Spring has reached The World, and there's a randomized checklist in your hand. Your goal is to catch five of the Lucky Animals bounding about, and it's perfectly fine to work together. In fact, we encourage it! Collect them all and deposit them in a pen where the GMs await. There's plenty for everyone, but they will be watching closely for cheaters. Any items won in this pre-game minigame will carry over once holyrelic opens, so get your limited edition item set today! Magnificent prizes await you, so go forth! Just beware; some of the Lucky Animals aren't really so lucky and have their own side effects. (All participants who apply will receive a mochi hat of the player's choosing. They can be either small (think mini tophats) or large (like a harvest cleric's hat) and any of the three colors, with any variety of accessories. All participants who finish the quest will earn a spring-themed beginner item set! It will include one weapon and a bonus item set with five restoratives, five randomized buff spells, and five randomized food items.)

[Taiyou looks pretty pleased with himself, but just as quickly becomes apologetic at the Lucky Animal trying to worm out of his grasp.]

Ah... I'm sorry little guy! But you need to go back to the pen.

There's still a few pens open. Want to go drop these two off together? If we work together, we can make this easier. [Kirino gave a polite smile.] I'm Kirino Ranmaru, by the way.

Ah... I didn't want to be so rough with him. Or, er, her... But if that's a better way. [He pauses. His small frown is replaced by an excited smile.] K-Kirino-san!? You did look a little familiar...!

Sneaking up on them works too; that's how I got this one. [He indicates the Moon Rabbit in his arms that seems to have finally stopped struggling.]

Oh, you've been watching the Holy Road matches? [Hooray for common ground! Or at least, his expression seems to lighten up a bit upon the recognition.]

Mhm! The Mist!! was your hissatsu! [Accompanied with appropriate hand gesture.]

I've been watching Raimon this whole time, you guys are great!

[Kirino starts making his way to the pen, still looking over at Taiyou, but now with a sheepish smile. He's completely flattered, but... really not sure how to react. Wow, this guy was really a fan, huh.]

Ehehe, thanks, uh... what's your name?

[So now he's letting the Leviathan in Pen 4 and giving it one last apologetic headpat. After dusting off the dirt from his clothes Taiyou looks over to Kirino.]

Ah, it's Amemiya Taiyou. [He slightly bows.] It's good to make your acquaintance, Kirino-san.

[Kirino placed the Moon Rabbit in the pen along with the Leviathan. As soon as he was sure the gate to the pen was securely closed, he raised a hand to wave it dismissively.] "-san" isn't necessary, you know. Just "Kirino" will do. [He smiled.] But yeah, same to you.

Oh, okay Kirino-sa... [Pause whoops what did he just tell you Taiyou--] Kirino. It's kind of weird, I didn't expect anyone I would recognize here... Will we get answers if we return all their pets?

I'm not sure about the answers, but apparently we get free stuff? [He shrugs, before looking around.] Whatever said "free stuff" entails.

... Hm, well, free stuff or none it feels good to help. Let's go look for more of those critters.

[Kirino nods, and begins walking in a random direction.]

It's kind of flattering to meet such a big fan of the team.

Well, it's Raimon, after all... I can see the team's passion clearly from TV. [Taiyou laughs.] It's probably not hard to find fans if you look, but you guys are probably busy with training~

Yeah, we train pretty often, heh. [Kirino scans the field around them.] Hmm... oh! Over there! [He points out a nearby Fate Worm.]

Oh, let's try sneaking up on him; it doesn't look like he's noticed us yet.

[Kirino nods, cautiously making his way over to the Fate Worm.]

[Taiyou quietly makes his way as well. Just waiting for that perfect opportunity...]

[Kirino waits for a few moments before scooping up the Fate Worm in his arms.] Got it!

Yay~! This is much quicker than trying to convince them to go with you!

And more efficient than trying to charge them down. [He beams.] Time to go put this one in the pen.

Sure thing. Why don't you go ahead with that, I'll try get that Two-Tailed Fox.
